Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING
Currently all shipments are made using the US Postal Service and should arrive in three business days or less after shipping. This does not apply to international shipments.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within two business days.

If the product arrives damaged, please notify erik@portlandreflector.com immediately with the subject line: "DAMAGED PRODUCT" and keep all packaging material. Please include pictures showing damage. Products that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost.

WARRANTY
All Portland Reflector products have a warranty that covers manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Photos and proof of purchase will be required to determine if the product is covered under warranty. If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced at no cost.

Submit warranty claims to erik@portlandreflector.com with the subject line: "WARRANTY RETURN". Please include pictures showing damage as well as order number or scan of store receipt.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Portland Reflector product, you may return it up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Contact erik@portlandreflector.com with the subject line: "RETURN" for instructions on returning a product.

Please note the following before returning a non-defective product:
  • The product must be in its original salable condition and placed inside of its polybag.
  • Proof of purchase is required for return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Exchanges are not permitted.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Products that are damaged by accident or improper use cannot be returned or replaced.
